Missguided bomber, similar here and here // forever 21 bodysuit, old similar here // Forever 21 jeans // Old Navy booties, similar here // Old Navy tote // Kate Spade watch // Alex & Ani bracelet // necklace

Hey guys!! It has been a tad rainy and gloomy lately which is sending my allergies through the roof!! So I figured I would post some pictures from a rainy day. I hardly wear this bodysuit anymore because my boobs got bigger so its a little tight but yolo. It’s honestly super cute, I just wish I had gotten a medium! The real star here is the bomber though!! So, over winter break I was on the hunt for a reasonably priced bomber in a material that I liked. This trend has been picked up by EVERY store so there are sooo many choices when it comes to bombers: color, material, length, etc. I finally found one on Missguided.

I love Missguided because they carry reasonably priced clothes that are super cute and trendy! They also have a student discount which is like 35% off, not bad! So, after awhile of hunting I found this one. It’s sooo cozy and actually really thick. It was such a life saver when I went out and it was freezing. I would just throw some gloves in my pockets and be good for the night! I would order again and again!!

I honestly really don’t like how I’ve been balancing my blog lately. It’s honestly so hard with school, especially with exams and projects, but I’m trying my best. I really want to grow my blog, and it’s something I’m excited to venture out on, so please bare with me because summer is coming, which means more time!!! Thanks for reading!

Missguided bomber // Forever 21 off the shoulder dress (old), similar here, here and here // similar bag (mine is from last season) look how gorg this is though! // Chinese Laundry heels (old), love these, these and these // Kate Spade Gramercy Watch // Alex and Ani bracelet // similar diamond studs // Ohio necklace // ring from boutique in Cincinnati

Okay, so I’ve literally been trying to take pictures in this outfit for the longest! I originally wanted it to be a part of my Valentine’s date night inspo, and I’m so glad it is! I love this dress so much! I got it off of Forever 21’s site a few months back for a steal and have just been dying to wear it! Saturday night was the night I finally got to wear it. I will say that it is not food baby friendly though!! I paired it with my junior year prom shoes which are literally a color explosion and just so fun. It was so nice to get dressed up, even if it was only for a few hours.

A few of my friends and I went to an event on campus called Harlem Nights. Since it is Black History Month, the Black Student Union put on an event highlighting different artists from the Harlem Renaissance era. It was nice seeing people dance, sing and read off poems and a great way to pay tribute to those artists and the food was pretty yummy too! Thanks for reading!

Missguided bodysuit // Hollister Jeans // similar wristlet // similar shoes // Ohio necklace (mine is from Bluetique, similar here)

So you all might remember that I added this bodysuit on my Valentine’s Wishlistwell I finally got it in a few weeks ago and I am obsessed! This past Saturday was the first time I had worn it. I really liked it, however  the shoulder line is a tad uncomfortable, but no worries, beauty is pain. I paired with my super reliable Hollister jeans, a cognac colored wristlet and my new shoes! I got these chunky heeled sandals on Saturday for $19, they were 50% off at Bluetique! I love that store so much and so does my mom! Shoutout to her for supporting a broke fashionista’s shopping habits!

This past weekend was Sib’s Weekend at OU, and I had such a good time seeing my sister, my parents and my friend’s siblings. It was a lot of fun! Thanks for reading! Make sure to check back on Wednesday!

Also,  I just started a ‘Going Out’ Pinterest board, make sure y’all check it out! xoxo

Share the Sass no. 2
Okay so I have been loving the embroidery trend lately. I really want to add a few embroidered pieces into my wardrobe and have been searching for the right ones! I wish I could afford the Gucci sneakers because I have been obsessing over them for months! Lately I have seen a lot of sheer or tank style bodysuits with floral embroidery and they are so cute! Everyone else must think they’re cute too since every time I go to buy one they’re sold out  🙁

Share the Sass: Holiday Dresses
Hi everyone!! I’m bringing you all a bonus post! (For those unaware, I post Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s) I realized that with Christmas being just a few short days away, that I should compile a few holiday dresses. Most of these are very budget friendly too. I love colors, you can’t go wrong with a beautiful color during the holidays, especially when the winter weather seems to be so bland and dull.
I included a traditional holiday red dress, the color is just stunning. I like to throw the whole “no white after Labor Day” thing out the window! This fun, yet simple white dress is gorgeous for the winter and is currently only $25. A fun star lace dress, which is perfect for this time of year is also on the list. A classic little black dress is always a good idea, especially this one, and it’s on sale for $14! It’s a little scandalous and right on trend with the velvet fabric. The next dress is a backless sequined dress, and to say I am obsessed is just not enough. This would make a fantastic New Year’s Eve dress as well! Lastly are the light jewel toned dresses.  I think the rose colored dress would be beautiful on any skin tone and the mustard colored dress is beautiful. This one is a little scandalous as well, but flaunt what ya got! It’s also 30% off right now! Click the pics for links!
I hope this holiday dress inspo. guide helps some of you, especially if you need a last minute dress! Happy shopping!
